3D and 4D BIM models are very crucial for curtailing design and time based clashes

For high productivity during project lifecycle it is crucial that design and construction professionals try to sort out all the clashes which are either based on design or on time. The very phrase ‘flawless construction’ becomes an actual practice if both design and time based clashes are effectively sorted out in preconstruction.
